In the Advance Setting OSD, change the Input Color Format to PC RGB or YPbPr.

Solution: Reset the monitor to Factory Settings. Auto Adjust via OSD may be helpful. Try adjusting the Phase and Pixel Clock controls via OSD. Run a monitor self-test feature check to check if the scRAMbled screen appears in self-test mode. Check for any existing bents or broken pins in the video cable connector. Restart the computer in the safe mode.
