					I have sent my devices for repair and data recovery to the Bugis junction outlet on 2 occasions, and I was served by Mr. HS and another very pleasant looking young lady. Both of them were very professional, attentive to details, and patiently handled all my questions. They are also very honest and upfront about what can be expected/ done, and the backend engineers/staff were also prompt with their replies. I have recycled my devices with them as well, as I feel assured that they are reliable. 					HS is very friendly, helpful, patience and efficient. He attended to me in prompt manner, and ensuring my phone will be done as fast as possible. Even gave me a deal to fix 2 phones screen with slight discount. Took only 2 hours to get screen replaced for Samsung S22, and as my schedule is busy I couldn't give them another phone to fix. Guess what, HS texted me to offer pick up the next day before he goes to work! Service at its best for sure. Highly recommend for phone, electronics repair.  - 8/12/2024

					Had a very pleasant experience getting my asus zenbook repaired! I passed them the laptop to repair on monday night and i got the laptop back on friday afternoon. I must say my laptop looked good as new and the staff there was very friendly and professional. He shared with me the company's motto of being sustainable and shared with me tips on how to prevent the issue i had (motherboard issue) from happening again.
