Can you help with water damage or “rescue” cases?
Yes—our Repair & Rescue service includes water damage recovery and data rescue solutions (assessment required).
Do you offer drop-off only, or can you pick up my device?
You can drop off at Bugis, and for eligible devices we may offer pickup options—details are guided through the repair flow.
