Had an issue with Bluetooth connectivity with a keyboard. JS and HS at the Bugis Junction outlet were most helpful in resolving it. They tried all means to troubleshoot and finally resolved it. Staff referred most possible solution to recycle the laptop by taking out the parts and returned the hard disk to me for data protection purposes. Ferd saved my keyboard!!! The cap on my Logitech keyboard was loose. Challenger couldn’t or wouldn’t help. These guys spent 15 minutes, made sure they didn’t break it, warned me of the risks but didn’t give up…. And guess what? I am typing with it now!!!!!! Really appreciate the team here at my halo!!! Saved me that is for sure. Basically they take old computer equipment and dispose of it responsibly with zero ewaste! Why am I typing such a long message?
