1. What's the difference between Re-Eco and ReLove?

ReEco offers slightly defective devices that may have cosmetic imperfections (e.g.,
scratches, dents, or screen shadows) but are fully functional. Our mission is to return as
many devices as possible to the circular economy by prioritizing their functionality. By
choosing ReEco, you’re helping reduce e-waste by extending the life of products that would
otherwise be discarded, while also getting reliable, budget-friendly devices at a lower price.
Please note that ReEco devices are not covered by myhalo’s warranty.

ReLove offers refurbished devices meticulously restored by our team of experts. Our goal is
to give these devices a second life and purpose, reducing e-waste in the process. By
choosing a ReLoved device, you’re not only getting a high-quality product but also
contributing to a more sustainable future. All ReLoved devices are backed by myhalo’s
warranty for your peace of mind.

2. How do I know if Re-Eco is right for me?

ReEco devices are perfect for users who prioritise functionality over aesthetics. The devices
may come with several cosmetic flaws such as scratches and screen shadows, but their
functionality remains uncompromised. Only pay for the device functions you require with our
budget-friendly ReEco devices, all while positively contributing to a zero e-waste world.

All ReEco devices go through standard ISO-certified testing to ensure that they meet our
quality standards. Please note that ReEco devices are not covered by myhalo’s warranty.

3. How do you handle data security for devices?

We prioritize data security at every level. All new and existing staff receive DPE and PDPA
training from IMDA to ensure compliance with the highest standards. Devices undergoing
our Data Erasure process are securely wiped at the system level, with no data being copied
or retained. Each device undergoes three rounds of rigorous checks to ensure your data is
thoroughly and permanently erased, safeguarding your privacy.
