No. Our hardware replacements (screens, batteries, charging ports) do not trip Samsung Knox, ensuring your Secure Folder, Samsung Pay, and banking apps remain fully functional.
We use precision-cut internal adhesives to reseal your Galaxy device to factory standards. However, we advise against intentionally submerging any repaired electronic device in water.
For most Galaxy S-Series and A-Series models, a screen or battery swap takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes at our Bugis Junction hub.
We do not wipe your device for standard hardware repairs. Your photos, contacts, and apps are perfectly safe.
