This role is at the heart of our operations — combining eCommerce postings & fulfillment with buyback stock processing and a sustainability-first approach to sorting and handling electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. eCommerce Posting & Fulfilment

• Manage and maintain accurate product listings across multiple platforms.
• Use AI-powered tools for SEO, product descriptions, pricing optimisation, and image enhancements.
• Coordinate smooth and timely order fulfilment from warehouse to customers.
• Monitor sales performance, posting accuracy, and conversion rates, taking action to improve results.
  

2. Buyback & Stock Processing

• Receive and process traded-in/buyback electronics, ensuring accurate labelling and SKU management.
• Work closely with technical teams for device testing, refurbishment, and quality control.
• Maintain accurate records for all buyback transactions in compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 27001.
  

3. Sustainability in Sorting

• Sort devices for reuse, upcycling, donation, or recycling in line with myhalo’s zero e-waste commitment.
• Track and report on volumes and weight of devices processed for sustainability reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste in processing workflows.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• eCommerce: Listing accuracy, conversion rate improvement, and monthly sales growth.
• Logistics: Order fulfilment accuracy and turnaround time.
• Buyback: Processing speed and accuracy for traded-in items.
• Sustainability: Volume of devices successfully reused/upcycled, % reduction in waste.

Qualifications & Experience

• • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates welcome; experience in eCommerce or logistics an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 processes preferred.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Docs with ability to present operational data clearly.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, analytics, and process improvement.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about sustainability and the circular economy.
