Eco Fest is a collaborative sustainability event initiated by myhalo in partnership with Teck Ghee CC and Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP), bringing the community together for hands-on activities that promote sustainable lifestyles. The event was graced by Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong as the Guest of Honour, highlighting the importance of collective action toward a greener future. Teck Ghee residents, NYP students, and other attendees explored a range of sustainability booths designed to educate and inspire eco-friendly living.

myhalo’s booth featured environmentally preferred panel boards and partnered with our Official Recycling Partner, ALBA, to manage on-site e-waste collection, ensuring that devices unsuitable for upcycling were responsibly recycled. Attendees joined in our De-Clutter Your e-Clutter and   activities, learning strategies to reduce tech waste and extend their devices’ lifespans, and could also claim free, custom-cut screen protectors.

Our booth drew long queues, with many attendees eager to participate and learn more about sustainable living. Eco Fest also marked the debut of our mascot, mylo, who charmed visitors of all ages, becoming a popular photo-op.
