Had an issue with Bluetooth connectivity with a keyboard. JS and HS at the Bugis Junction outlet were most helpful in resolving it. They tried all means to troubleshoot and finally resolved it. As there were no hardware or software issues, they said no payment was required. Very honest and genuine service staff. Highly recommended!

When my laptop suddenly died on me overseas, I was really worried that it could not be revived. I was initially suspicious of Digital Hospital because there were too many good reviews but I now see why they are so well-rated. They not only fixed my laptop but told me it was free of charge! I was having some problem with my Laptop and happened there was IT show at Suntec City. I met this guy named Steven at Digital Hospital Counter. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and at one look he is able to identified the problem. He quoted the price and it's quite reasonable. I got my Laptop repaired and when I collected my Laptop the service staff Mr Niel was very helpful and courteous to explained to me the problem.
