Component level fix done on a Lenovo Laptop. Customer service could be better, more attentive, less awkward. On the pricy side and doesn't itemize what components were replaced. Taking the fix on faith that they don't charge you $200 to replace a 10 cent resistor

Brought my 5 year old laptop that is used for university school work. Staff referred most possible solution to recycle the laptop by taking out the parts and returned the hard disk to me for data protection purposes. The whole motion is professional and would try to come back if there is any service required for them.

Professional service - fixed my laptop for free as it was a minor issue, as compared to the official Apple Store who wrote it off as a logic board issue and quoted $600.

I m very fortunate to have CX n HS to help me solve my 7yr laptop issue. My keyboard was not responding n if i were to send for repair, my downtime wld be abt 5 days n cost unknown. They advised me to have a normal keyboard or a bluetooth keyboard under $100.00 which works out well. Very happy that i have savings n dont have to make 1 or more trips to solve my problem.

Evaluation fee is S$60. This fee can be waived only if you use their repair service. But the repair fee is far more expensive than others. They charged Hitachi 500GB hard disk for $160 with only 3 months of warranty. It costs only $60 for the hard disk out there.
