Recommended my brother-in-law to Digital Hospital @ Bugis as it was a pleasant experience when I sent my laptop to fix. BUT it was such a disappointing experience this time round. He went all the way to the shop only to be told there is nothing wrong and its NORMAL TO HAVE SUDDEN BLACKOUTS AND TOLD HIM IF SAME THING HAPPENS GO INTERNET AND FOLLOW THE SOLUTIONS. This is despite telling the person that the laptop has blackout twice within few hours. If computer problem can be solved through internet solutions, why need Digital Hospital?!!

Brought my laptop here for diagnosis and repair. Was told to wait 5-7 working days. Everything was done by next working day Friendly and knowledgeable staff, highly recommended...

After a bit of a delay, I managed to retrieve my repaired laptop. It's now working well. Would like to commend the staff for doing their best to respond to complaints. When i called, their staff from Sim Lim was very helpful and friendly. Good Job!

Ivan from the Bugis store is simply splendid. I had a problem with my external hard drive—it just doesn't show up on my screen and after a quick explanation to him, Ivan manages to resolve my issue and its saved in barely 10 minutes.
